decent, but not excellent
efficient check-inunheated poolslimited swimming
the rooms were a nice size and check-in was quite efficient, so that was good.
i was disappointed with the pool situation. the pools were not heated, except for the small family pool, so nobody really used them. the lack of swimming was a real letdown, and it.

dated receptionmosquito issue
The reception area seemed a bit dated, a less than stellar first impression. there was no welcome drink offered. Not the end of the world, but a small detail missed. the shower in my room was old and lacked power, a minor inconvenience, but noticeable. squished mosquitoes adorned the ceiling and walls, a rather unsightly decoration. i had to buy fly spray. Perhaps pest control isn't a high priority here. also, the cleaners often left the door wide open, basically inviting more of those little bloodsuckers inside. this required too much effort.
